Overview:

As the eCommerce Marketplaces Leader, you will be responsible for building and managing HOPE ROZA storefronts across prominent international marketplaces. This role demands expertise in technology, advertising, competition planning, inventory management, and strategic growth planning to excel in the highly competitive fashion, footwear, and accessories category.

Description:

We are looking for an eCommerce Marketplace leader to build and manage HOPE ROZA storefronts across leading international marketplaces (South east Asia, US and beyond) and our company site . This role requires technical, advertising, competition planning, inventory planning and management knowledge to be able to grow on leading marketplaces. Winning in our category of fashion, footwear & accessories requires experience as we are in the biggest and most competitive category.

KPIs for the Role:

  1. Drive Revenue, Ratings, Ranking of our brand across all digital sales channels. 
  2. Achieve monthly targets on KPI #1.                                                    
  3. Manage stocks and operational performance on Marketplaces.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Build a business plan collaboratively with the executive team for eCommerce growth and strategy. Specifically achieve targets on revenue by month; Number of registered customers; D2C Revenue; International Marketplaces Revenue & prioritization.
  2. You own the responsibility to achieve Monthly/Quarterly GMV targets.
  3. HopeRoza.com: Manage website functionality, traffic acquisition, conversion, retargeting and landing pages to drive promotions, a/b testing and key reports. Shopify, Liquid, HTML and other languages.
  4. Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) targets.
  5. HopeRoza.com: Manage mobile site features (mobile 1st), new add on apps from Shopify exchange, site speed optimisation, A/B testing journeys, retargeting.
  6. Plan and execute campaigns for maximum revenue extraction along with optimized KPIs like Open rate, CTR, CR, ROAS and lower effective discount %
  7. Campaign Design & Operations- Ideate, build & execute customer lifecycle campaigns (Automated & Non-Automated) to increase repeat purchase & LTV from existing customers-
  8. Marketplaces: Ensure A+ listings & catalog maintenance; A+ Content creation, Search Keywords, Bullet Points, Videos, collections and storefront brand story. 
  9. Marketplaces: Conduct thorough catalog checks, including verifying product details, pricing, descriptions, images, and SKU information including: keywords, description of the products, Images, EANs of the SKUs, Inventory.
  10. Develop marketplace promotions plans and allocate ad spend effectively for campaigns, product discounts, coupons, and deals.
  11. Manage inventory availability and product listings based on sales performance and demand fluctuations.
  12. Coordinate with internal teams including Warehouse, Production, and Designing to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  13. Proactively handle payment issues, returns, dispatch discrepancies, claims, reviews, and customer inquiries.

Candidate Experience Requirements

Looking for an all-rounder individual who will work closely with the founding team to achieve eCommerce & marketplace annual goals. Skills required: 

  1. You have to be doing this currently and slaying it already. You have to be working in our relevant industry and seller category to understand the target buyer and their motivations.
  2. Proven experience in ecommerce (D2C) and marketplace management, with a demonstrable record of driving sales and revenue growth in a marketplace, proven strategies used.
  3. Experience in building fashion brandz on Amazon.com, Zalora, Lazada, Shopee, Qo10, Zolando, Revolve, Walmart, Target+
  4. D2C includes: HOPEROZA.com and our sales on Meta, WhatsApp Catalog, Google Shopping.
  5. Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, marketplace seller centrals, advertisement platform for the marketplace, marketplace influencer strategy, leading 3rd party analytics platforms and KPIs to manage revenue & growth across: Amazon.com; Zalora, Walmart; Target; NetaPorter; Lazada, Shopee, Carousell, Qoo10, TikTok Shop, Noon and other platforms as we drive growth (MyTheresa, FarFetch, Zappos etc.)
  6. Proficiency in ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Unicommerce or other WMS, Perpetua, Helium10, Canva, JungleScout and other platforms to drive efficiency, sales and revenue growth. 
  7. Hands-on experience with digital marketing tactics including SEO, SEM, Analytics, email marketing, and social media advertising linked to marketplace listings.
  8. Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability to manage store ratings, reviews, keywords, content, and monthly sales strategy.
