THE DELIVERY JOURNEY
Once your order is placed, we send a confirmation email containing your order number. Keep it close. It is the reference for everything that follows.
When your order is packed and ready to leave, we send a shipment notification with the available tracking link or tracking number.
Use the link in your shipment email to see the latest courier updates, including in transit, out for delivery and delivered.
International parcels may be held for value verification or receiver KYC documents. Watch for messages from your local customs authority and respond promptly if requested.
